  • Brokerage must be registered with RECO, submit their RECO registration number, appear on www.reco.on.ca, and be lawfully entitled to be trading in Real Estate.
  • Payment must be received by BDAR for the full amount of all applicable fees.

Please note: once a COMPLETED application has been received and ALL required documentation has been provided, the application will take a minimum of 3 days to process. Login & new member information will be sent to the members' e-mail within 1-5 business days.

The individual submitting the information on this application has authority to sign on behalf of the Applicant and will be held responsible for the accuracy of the information.

Providing false information on this application will be sufficient grounds for the Board to refuse or terminate Firm Membership.

This application will not be processed until any monies owing to the Barrie & District Association of REALTORS® by the Applicant or any director, officer, partner or shareholder of the Applicant have been paid in full. The Applicant, its directors, officers, partners and shareholders agree to be bound by the bylaws, codes of ethics, rules, regulations, standards and policies of the Board, the Ontario Real Estate Association, the Canadian Real Estate Association and the Real Estate Council of Ontario as are in effect at the time of application and as may be amended from time to time.

The establishment of a Commission Trust Account is a condition of Firm Membership.

The submission of this application constitutes the Applicants consent to the collection, use and disclosure by the Board of the information submitted in this application and any other personal information about the Applicant collected by the Board, which information will be used and disclosed only for the purposes of fulfilling the Boards mandate, including but not limited to the provision of services, products and information by the Board or any organization authorized by the Board.
