2024 Billing FAQ

Why is BDAR Invoicing me for TRREB Dues?

As part of the BDAR-TRREB integration and our outgoing shared services, BDAR is invoicing some members on behalf of TRREB. If your home board was BDAR prior to the integration, your invoice will also include dues for TRREB, OREA and CREA for 2024.

When is my invoice due?

All invoices are due on or before January 15, 2024.

What happens if I don't pay my invoice?

Payment of annual dues for local, provincial, and national boards by the due date will confirm your intention to renew your membership. If payment is not received by the due date, then membership is deemed not to have been renewed, and membership privileges, including MLS® System access, will be suspended immediately without notice.

What happens if I pay my invoice late?

If your invoice is not paid by the due date, you will be subject to a $100 +HST reinstatement fee.

How do I pay my invoice?

Invoices can be paid securely online with Visa or Mastercard through the direct link that has been emailed to you. You are also welcome to visit the BDAR Team in person at 676 Veterans Drive, Barrie, to pay your invoice with Debit.

Can I pay my invoice in installments?

TRREB, OREA, and CREA fees are billed annually and are due in full by January 15, 2024.

BDAR fees are billed quarterly and after the first quarter is paid by January 15, 2024, $187.50 +HST will be due by the end of each quarter. If you'd like to pay your BDAR fees in full for the year, email membership@bdar.ca and the team will issue you a new invoice.

Where can I learn more about the breakdown of OREA Dues and the ORWP Program?
