The deadline to renew your TRREB and BDAR Dual memberships, and OREA/CREA annual dues is January 15, 2024.
   

Your 2024 invoice includes your annual OREA, ORWP, and CREA dues.

The TRREB dues portion of the 2024 invoice includes a cost-of-living adjustment of 4.1% due to the increased cost of living measured by the consumer price index as passed at TRREB's spring Annual Meeting.
  

To avoid any disruption in accessing the MLS^® System and the $100.00 + HST reinstatement fee, you are required to pay your invoice by the deadline.
  

The OREA Ontario REALTOR^® Wellness Program

The OREA Ontario REALTOR^® Wellness Program (ORWP) is also included in your invoice. This program offers an extensive array of benefits, encompassing healthcare, prescription drugs, paramedical services (including massage, physiotherapy, and chiropractic care), medical services, and supplies (such as casts, hearing aids, and orthotics), and more. It also includes Out-of-Country Emergency Medical Travel Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, and a Member Virtual Care and Mental Health Program.
