In September of 2023, CREA introduced a new single sign-on (SSO) login as part of our commitment to enhancing security and user experience for CREA products and services.

What you need to do:

1. Visit:ca SSO
2. Sign Up: Follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Requirements:
   • Unique email address (no shared emails)
     1. Best Practice – An email you can take with you if you move Brokerages (Gmail, etc.)
   • Secure password (special characters, upper/lower case, numbers)
   • Mobile phone number for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

• To create their accounts members follow the prompts on the screen and check instructions emailed to you during the account creation process.

Members can start the account creation process on member.realtor.ca where they will be prompted with the login page.

 They click “sign up “ link and will need the following to complete their registration:

This is IMPORTANT:

After they click sign-up they will need to enter the email address we have on record (where we send them REALTOR.ca leads = email that we have associated with their CREA ID and one that boards send us in the member profile)

 That triggers the registration process.

 For account creation, they will then need:

• An email address they can easily access (Note: don’t use a shared email address such as a team email address). And this does not have to be the same email we have on record!
• A password that follows standard password complexity rules (such as a combination of special characters, upper- and lower- case letters and length).
• A mobile phone number (Canada/U.S. numbers only).
