REVISED ITSO Data Input Forms

In 2021 a Technology Display and Forms Task Force was struck to recommend changes to the residential input forms and a Commercial Sub Task Force was struck to recommend changes to the commercial, land, farm, and multi-residential forms.

Significant amendments were made to the commercial input form in 2021, which were circulated to the CEO Group in 2022 for feedback. The revised forms were approved by the Technology Committee in April 2022.

The Technology Display and Forms Task Force recommended some changes to the residential input forms, but those changes were on hold pending review of Automated Data Transfer (ADT), which also related to the forms. ADT is an add-on to WEBForms® that allows users to fill out a listing form within the WEBForms® application and have the data auto-populated into Matrix as an incomplete listing. The Technology Committee considered the feedback they received from testers of ADT at their meeting in November of 2022. They concluded that there are limitations from both Corelogic and LoneWolf that make ADT undesirable and therefore ITSO is therefore not proceeding with ADT any further. Having made this decision on ADT, the Technology Committee was then in a position to finalize the residential forms.

In addition to the changes recommended by the Technology Display and Forms Task Force, the residential forms have also been updated with a number of field changes that the Technology Committee approved in November of 2022 that affected waterfront properties, parking, and square footage. These changes were communicated in the December 2022 Monthly Digest.

ITSO provided the updated forms to CREA in January 2023, which were then uploaded to WEBForms®. ITSO notified all vendors and was prepared to set a launch date for the changes when CoreLogic put a hold on the project as they need to investigate how OneHome and the ETL will be affected by the changes.

Corelogic has now completed that work and will be making the required changes in Matrix the night of August 1st for the commercial lease and commercial sale form, and the night of August 8th for all other forms (i.e., farm, land, multi-residential, business only, and residential).

Users will not be able to input or edit listings starting at 7pm August 1st for a few hours while this work is being done for the commercial forms. Similarly, users will not be able to edit or input listings starting at 7pm on August 8th until the rest of the work is completed. The work is expected to take approximately four hours on both these days.

As a result of this update to WEBForms® saved searches and auto emails will be updated as well. Please review to ensure the data is transferred properly.

  • revisions to Condo Amenities (under Common Elements)
