New “Listing Details” Button on the App Home Screen

We are introducing an enhancement to the SentriLock app that will streamline the showing experience for your members. A new “Listing Details” button will be added to the home screen, providing showing agents with quick access to listing information and relevant third-party vendor links directly from the app.

Key Details:

1. When does it appear? – The “Listing Details” button will appear on the home screen after a lockbox is opened, next to the “End Showing” button.
2. How long does it stay? – The button remains active until the showing is ended.
3. What does it do? – Clicking the button opens the Showing Carousel, displaying the property’s listing details and providing navigation options to third-party vendor websites (such as RPR, HomeSnap, ShowingTime, Matrix, CubiCasa, DirectOffer, and LocalLogic).
4. Third-party link availability – If an association has disabled specific third-party vendor integrations, those links will not appear in the app.
5. Once the showing is ended – The “Listing Details” button will no longer appear on the home screen.
