There's a new way to schedule your open houses. The PropTx Open House tool will streamline how you manage open houses for your listings. It is also replacing the current public open house management tool in Manage My Profile.

How to Add an Open House: 

1. Click on the new PropTx Open House tool, select Add Open House.
2. Choose the listing and then click Add to enter the open house information.
3. Select the open house type (public open house or live stream open house).
4. Select the date, start time, and end time of your open house then click on Save.

Once saved it will show up on REALM™, Matrix, trreb.ca and realtor.ca.

Expanded User Roles and Capabilities:

• Brokers of Record, Administrators, and Add/Edit Users can easily add public open houses to listings at their brokerage.
• Unlicensed Assistants are empowered to add public open houses on behalf of their salesperson.
• If you are co-listing a property, either salesperson can add an open house for the listing.
