If you were an existing TRREB Member prior to the BDAR-TRREB Integration, you will now be able to access both the REALM™ and Matrix™ front-end platforms through the TRREB MLS® System. As part of the integration transition period, the options are available for all BDAR Members to test through the months of April, May, and June.

To trial REALM™, select 'REALM™' on the www.torontomls.net home screen. 

To trial 'Matrix™', select 'Search Properties' on the www.torontomls.net home screen. From there, select Matrix™. 

*Please note, although Stratus is an available option, it is being replaced by REALM™ and will be decommissioned later this year.  

MLS® System Training Schedule

Many training sessions are available this month delivered both virtually and in-person at the Simcoe County Regional Hub of TRREB (676 Veterans Drive, Barrie) including: 

• April 17 @ 1pm – REALM™ Training (Virtual on Zoom)
• April 20 @ 10am – Matrix™ Training (Virtual on Zoom)
• April 21 @ 1pm – REALM™ Training (In-Person at 676 Veterans Drive)
• April 24 @ 1pm – REALM™ Training (In-Person at 676 Veterans Drive)
• April 25 @ 1pm – REALM™ Training (Virtual on Zoom)
• May 4 @ 10am – Matrix™ Training (In-Person at 676 Veterans Drive)
• May 5 @ 10am - Matrix™ for Commercial Practitioners Training (Virtual on Zoom)
• May 15 @ 2pm - REALM™ for Commercial Practitioners Training (Virtual on Zoom)
