Amendment- Upload of Dens to Realtor.ca
Many ITSO REALTORS® have asked to have dens in their condominium listings appear as a “+1” bedroom on REALTOR.ca, which will allow ITSO listings to be advertised consistently with TRREB and RAHB condominium listings
ITSO has decided to allow above-grade dens in condominium apartment listings feeding from the ITSO MLS® System to display as +1 bedrooms on REALTOR.ca. This will ensure that properties listed on multiple MLS® System are advertised consistently on REALTOR.ca. ITSO will be making this change on January 30, 2024.
PLEASE NOTE: that this change will not affect dens on listings for other property types – it will only affect dens on listings with the property sub-type Apartment/Condo and ownership type Condominium. The only place dens will appear as a +1 will be on REALTOR.ca.
