On September 26, 2023, CREA will be upgrading to a new, more secure and user-friendly login experience for all its products and services.
The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) is modernizing its national login experience with a more secure multi-factor authentication.
REALTOR.ca Single Sign-On (SSO) provides a friendlier user experience and a more secure solution thanks to multi-factor authentication.
On September 26, 2023, all members and board/association staff will be required to log in via REALTOR.ca SSO to access CREA products and services, like CREA WEBForms®, REALTOR.ca Member App, and CREA Learning Hub.
Members will receive an email from REALTOR.ca inviting them to create their REALTOR.ca SSO credentials. Please see an example of what you will receive below.
If you are a member of multiple boards you will need to complete the signup process for each board you are a member of, however, you can link all your accounts by using the same email address during your setup process.

- Pre-registration emails come from "REALTOR.ca" and shouldn't be shared as the link is unique to them. This email will come from noreply@realtor.ca
- Members will get this option during the pre-registration process to receive Texts. The actual feature will not be implemented until the new year. If they select "Don't send", they will still receive the CREA emails that they currently do.
